VISION

Do you want to inspire your audience to embrace your vision, persuade them to follow your lead, excite them about change? This interactive workshop shows you how. The centerpiece of this workshop is a thirty minute paired exercise where you and a partner practice the skills learned from a one-hour interactive lecture. Each person in the pair will create a situation for the other to participate in, where the, “lead,” expresses their vision in an effort to persuade the, “follower,” to take an action. At the end of the exercise, the workshop participants come back together to share the results of their paired exercise and learn from instructor led group feedback. The Vision Workshop runs approximately four hours. A matrix for planning and on-line access to slides is given to each participant. The maximum number of participants is 14.
