
Debbie began her career winning a prestigious Effie Award for marketing excellence for Fisher-Price Toys and Juvenile Furniture. Following that, the legendary Madame Alexander Doll Company asked her to be their VP of Marketing. From there, she became VP, Management Supervisor, for Grey Worldwide, overseeing and developing fully integrated marketing programs for the vast Hasbro boys toys account across some of the highest-profile brands known in the world including Pokemon, Star Wars,
and Batman.
But Debbie knew she had found her calling in the pharmaceutical industry when she participated in the launch of Spiriva at Robert A. Becker. Having been bitten by the healthcare advertising bug and wanting perspective from the client side, she joined Roche Laboratories, where she managed processes across research,screening, RFI, and RFP for all Roche brand teams, and for disciplines and services including: consumer and professional advertising, medical education, interactive marketing, e-detailing, and call centers. She also supervised and facilitated all agency presentations and led the agency evaluation process, guiding brand teams toward the final decision of awarding business to agencies.
Debbie then came back to the agency side at Euro RSCG Life Chelsea, where she was Senior VP for Wyeth’s Protonix and Enbrel accounts.Moving on to Flaum Communications, she managed the Glumetza and Zegerid accounts for Santarus.
